This was a really nice hotel and would stay again if I return to Aomori. The staff at the front desk were really nice, and the man seemed to actually like his job greeting guests and explaining the check-in procedure. The room, while not spacious, was very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. There were extra amenities you could grab before heading to your room, so I grabbed an extra pillow and a few other items. There is also a common area where a lot of people were gathered, and presumably, you could probably socialize if that's your thing. There's also a Dominoes right in front, so if you're desperate for food, there's that place (fair warning that Dominoes is kinda bad here in Japan).

The person at the front desk was really nice when we checked in, which was a good start. We liked that they gave us free toiletries (face masks, moutwash etc.) and the room was impeccably clean. Also, we could pick our own pillows, which was cool. We were offered a free drink when we arrived, which was a nice surprise.

The complimentary breakfast was really good. Large variety of dishes. Checkin and checkout were very simple. The receptionist spoke English. The room was clean and additional ammenities were available from the counter. It was a 20 minute walk from Aomori station and hence was a reasonable location.
